Every October, the veterinary industry celebrates our techs, showering them with treats and presents, to show our love and appreciation of what they do. Tech Week is wonderful and really necessary for morale and team cohesion; but what about the other 51 weeks in the year? The work never stops, so we really need to celebrate our teams consistently.
